Algonix

Your calls answered.
Your bookings kept. Your evenings back.

Algonix installs AI that answers your phone and DMs, books with deposits, chases no-shows, and files the paperwork — for London barbershops, cafés and restaurants. Built by the team that runs a five-site gym and sauna company in London. Your first build is free.

How the diary, the phone and the DMs actually run this week — not a generic pitch.

The case we can prove

We automated our own five-site gym and sauna company in London first.

Five sites, real members, real bookings, real refunds. Before we sold an AI front desk to anyone else, we ran one on our own business — and we still do. These are our numbers, not a client’s.

~76%
of member conversations now involve AI
94.7%
customer experience score
Five
London sites, live deposits and WhatsApp flows

Members message the way they already do; the AI handles enquiry, booking and rescheduling.

Deposits are taken at booking, with the refund and rollover rules that stop disputes.

Anything sensitive — complaints, refunds, edge cases — goes to a human, by design.

Same team, same playbook, same code. If it is not good enough for our own sites, we do not install it for you.

Step 01 of 04

Saturday cut enquiry in the DMs.

You are mid-cut. The thread sits unread for two hours.

Sunday BooksAdd-on: supplier invoices and card takings capture themselves and land in Xero, so your Sunday night stops belonging to a spreadsheet.

Bookings take a deposit, remind themselves, and actually show up.

In two years, every barbershop will run this way — the only question is whether you were early.

Fair questions

Six things owners ask before they ring.

Will callers know it’s AI?

Yes. It discloses that it is an assistant when it answers, and it never pretends to be a member of your team. Anything sensitive — a complaint, a refund, an allergen question, or anything it is not confident about — is handed to a human instead of guessed at.

What if it books something wrong?

It books from your live diary, not a guess. If something still goes wrong, a human on your team can change it, and we are on the hook to fix the automation. Sensitive or unusual requests never get invented — they go to a person.

What does it plug into?

The tools you already run: Booksy, Fresha or another diary; your POS or a kitchen printer; Xero for Sunday Books. Customers keep using your existing number, WhatsApp and Instagram. Nobody downloads a new app.

Why is the first build free?

Because working proof beats promises. We research your shop, build one automation, and run it free for 30 days. We would rather you hear it work than take our word for it.

What happens at day 30?

You keep it at the listed monthly price — £129 for a barbershop, £179 for a café, £249 for a restaurant, per site, month-to-month — or we switch it off. No contract, no hard feelings, cancel anytime.

Is my customers’ data safe?

Your customers’ data stays in the systems you already use: your diary and your card processor. We minimise what we hold, we can provide a data-processing agreement, and if you switch us off we delete what we hold. The full picture is on the how-it-works page.
