Do I have to rip anything out?
No. Algonix sits above the systems a venue already pays for — the till, the ordering site, the invoice inbox, the booking tool. Nothing is replaced, nothing is migrated, and the team keeps working the way they work now.
How do you measure the work?
We show the whole chain — leads, verified, sent, delivered, replied, positive, closed — each with its own rate, updated weekly. A weak step is visible. We do not publish a single trophy number.
Will my customers talk to an AI?
No. We automate the back office — invoices, reviews, reporting. Your customers get your team, exactly as now.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It can’t act alone. Anything that spends money or goes to a customer is queued for your one-tap approval. Guardrails and spend caps by default.
What does it cost?
The pilot is a small fixed fee, agreed in writing before we start. If you keep the system, it moves to a simple monthly service — typically a small bundle, run for you — agreed at the end of the pilot. No contract, cancel monthly. The full terms are on the pilot page.
Can you run more than one thing?
Yes — most venues keep a small monthly bundle: the weekly read, review replies, social, and one job that’s yours. We start with one, prove it, then add only what earns its place.
Do we need a call?
No. Algonix researches a venue from the outside and sends a private one-page proposal first, within 3 working days of the request. The owner reads it in their own time and decides whether there is anything worth talking about. A fifteen-minute call is available for anyone who would rather start there.
What do you need from us?
Read-only links to the systems the pilot touches, and nothing else. No admin rights, no changes to the setup, no new software for the team, and nothing that alters how anyone works during the fortnight. The access can be revoked at any point from inside the venue’s own tools.
Who’s behind this?
Algonix is a London company that runs its own playbook on its own business first: a five-site London sauna company where the AI handles most member conversations, with deposits, WhatsApp flows and multi-site occupancy in production.
